I wanted to do something with the photos of my year away and, inspired by James Gurney's descriptions of his watercolour travel thumbnails, thought it might be a good idea to choose a few photos from each place and go through my travels chronologically. I also thought it would be a good colour exercise in watercolours. Here are the first set - winter to spring in Vancouver, BC.
